5th year LCVP students visited Arigna Mining Experience on Tuesday. The students experienced a guided tour of the mines by an ex-miner, watched a short film depicting the history of the mines and attended a talk which was tailored to meet the ‘Specific Learning Outcomes’ of the course. Students are required to complete a 300-600 word report based on the enterprise visit. This report will form part of their LCVP portfolio, worth 60% of the final grade in their LC.
