Outstanding Achievement for St Clare’s Comprehensive

St Clare’s Comprehensive invited their top performing leaving certificate students to the school on Friday to celebrate their outstanding achievement. On a glorious day, they were welcomed by Chairperson of the Board of Management Gerard Reilly,  Principal Maeve Kelly, Deputy Principal Ceola Mc Gowan and their Year Head Ms Regina Fahey.

It is important for all of our school community to celebrate the achievements of these remarkable students who have shown that with resilience, determination, hard work and commitment that they can experience success. 

Principal Maeve Kelly believes the professional teaching staff, excellent student support combined with parental involvement have been instrumental in the schools academic success. She stressed that St Clare’s Comprehensive School is committed to nurturing well-rounded students as they embark on their educational journeys.

She continued “We are very proud of what we are achieving here in St Clare’s Comprehensive School. Everyone is reaching their full potential and feeling free to make the choices which are right for them whether that be college, apprenticeship, world of work or a gap year. We have continued to achieve an increase in the number of students achieving top points and year on year are achieving results above the national average. 

Our school continues to grow and develop and with these positive role models and the support of the whole school community, the future most certainly is bright for St. Clares Comprehensive School. We wish the class of 2024 every success in their future.”
