Junior Cycle students compiled a collection of ‘Other Areas of Learning’ since 1st year. These OALs are activities or achievements, outside the normal assessments/coursework which they completed during school or while representing the school. The final submission deadline is approaching for current 3rd year students. Attached is a short reference guide for parents/guardians and students. All JC students have access to a presentation and supporting documentation on Google Classroom. They have received guidance on completing the OALs. They may need your support in choosing their top three. They will be printed on their Junior Cycle Profile of Achievement, together with exam results and CBA descriptors.
