All TYs will be doing a Science Technology Engineering Arts and Maths (STEAM) module for 6 weeks. Under the guidance of an external facilitator the students will design, build, and automate a real-world solution using LEGO, Make:Do materials, and (hopefully) micro:bits. Working in small teams, students follow a design-thinking process – defining a problem, generating creative ideas, prototyping, testing, and refining, while developing teamwork and communication skills through clearly defined roles and collaboration.
