Last Saturday, Greg proudly lined out for the Irish Schools Cross Country team at the International Championships in Wales, taking on England, Scotland and Wales.
He delivered a standout performance in the 4 x 1500m relay, helping Team Ireland claim a brilliant second place overall. Competing, and shining, on the international stage is an extraordinary milestone, and Greg rose to it with real class.
He is rapidly emerging as one of the most exciting young athletes in the country, and his early‑season form suggests there is so much more to come. With the Connacht Schools track competitions on the horizon, Greg can look forward to building on this momentum and continuing his upward trajectory.
