Best of luck to Sarah Mulvaney-Kelly and Greg Lyons as they represent Connacht tomorrow at the Interprovincial Tailteann Games in SETU Carlow.
Following outstanding performances at the Connacht Schools Outdoor Finals in mid-May, both athletes earned the honour of wearing the Connacht jersey.
Sarah Mulvaney-Kelly (North Leitrim A.C.) will compete in the Girls’ 300m and the 4x300m relay after claiming victory in her event at the Connacht Schools Finals.
Greg Lyons (North Leitrim A.C.) is set to contest the Boys’ 1500m, having secured a gold medal with an impressive performance at the Connacht Schools Outdoor Finals.
Everyone at St. Clare’s Comprehensive School wishes Sarah and Greg the very best as they take on the country’s top young athletes and proudly represent their school, club and province.
