On Friday night, Lucas Lyons takes on a powerhouse field in the senior boys’ 5000m. Then on Saturday, the spotlight shifts to Sarah Mulvaney‑Kelly in the 300m and Greg Lyons in the 1500m; both set for lightning‑fast showdowns.
