The first-year students in Ms Cremins’ French class took part in a French food tasting activity last week.  They sampled traditional French pastries, including croissants and macarons. This activity supported their learning of French language and culture. The experience was both educational and enjoyable.

1C were busy on Tuesday, after the Saint Brigid’s Bank Holiday, making Saint Brigid’s crosses. Lucas Lyons (5th year) representing North Leitrim Athletics Club took part in the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix in Boston last weekend.  Racing the Junior Boys International Mile he placed 4th in a blistering time of 4.06.48.
