Great fun and activities in St. Clare’s Odd sock day for World Down Syndrome Day. Well done everyone and for putting in such an effort to celebrate the day.

Thanks to Ms.Bolgers TY and 3rd years for a wonderful bake sale to celebrate World Home economics day. Over €400 was raised and will be donated to the Laura Lynn foundation and Down Syndrome Ireland Leitrim Branch.

Congratulations to the 103 Transition year and 5th year students who received their Junior Cycle Profile of Achievement on Friday 21st March.  The JCPA awards go beyond academic achievements, they acknowledge the students’ Classroom Based Assessments and their contribution to school life through the Other Areas of Learning.  The students have successfully achieved a level […]

Michelle Gallagher from Cavan Institute of Further Education spoke to LCs today about the alternative pathways through PLC courses.  They can lead to employment or offer routes to Higher Education.

Friday 21st March wear your odd socks to school in support of World Down Syndrome.  Collect a sock around the school and bring it to Rang Mhic Dhiarmada for a sweet. 

Wishing you all a very Happy St. Patrick’s Day. Well done to the Senior boys team on leading the parade yesterday through Manorhamilton.  School reopens on Wednesday 19th for staff and students.
