Best wishes to our LC students who complete their term exams this week.
We had lots of fun in St Clare’s on Friday with both staff and students dressing up. Winners of the best dressed competition are: Dillon Maye, Alex Morrissey, Jakub Golas, Jakub Lesniak, James McGowan We wish all a very happy midterm break.
As part of internet safety week TYs wore T Shirts with top tips on them. If you would think twice about putting something on a t shirt and wearing it for everyone to see think twice about what you post online.
Linda from TUD spoke to LCs on Monday. It was a live online presentation of very high quality. St. Clares has at least one student in each of TUDs faculties .
Well done to the senior girls Gaelic team who won their game on Tuesday at home to Ballinamore Community School on a scoreline of 2-7 to 1-3.

Last year during NFSW Finian Joyce and Joe Mc Loughlin from the Leitrim Fire Service visited the school to talk to Transition Year students about Fire Safety. Thank you to Ms Cunningham for organising.
Brian Dolan from Leitrim LEO visited the school last week to complete an idea generation workshop with students as part of their enterprise module. Students are preparing for their Christmas Fair in December.
As EU code week comes to an end we reflect on coding activities completed by our students in St Clares. Students took part in both plugged and unplugged activities in class and at lunchtimes.
